The Venice Commission of EU experts criticized the plan of changing the Justice-system in Romania

 The Venice Commission, experts of the European Council, criticized the plans of the Romanian government to change the Justice-system. It is a threat that the intended changes might undermine the independence of the Justice. Actually the Romanian judges are intimidated by high ranking politicians.
