TURKEY HAS SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH RUSSIA, ACC PRESIDENT ERDOGAN

According to president Erdogan, Turkey has signed a contract with Russia to buy the Russian missiles-defense system S-400. The Pentagon, USA, wondered if the Russian technology of the S-400 system would be compatible with that of the Nato.
