ROMANIAN PRIME-MINISTER HAS RESIGNED

Due to a conflict with his party PSD the Romanian prime minister Mihai Tudose has resigned and presents his offer to resignation to president Johannis. His social-democrat rival, Liviu Dragnea, had opposed the public discussions about the intended law for a Romanian justice-reform before the vote in the Parliament. Therefore – in his view – the prime minister became the target of manipulations.
