PUIGDEMONT CANNOT BE RE-ELECTED PRESIDENT OF CATALONIA FROM ABROAD

The Spanish Constitutional Court declared that Carles Puigdemont cannot be elected president of Catalonia if he is abroad.Immunity he will have only after the oath of office, however only upon judicial approval.
