PRESIDENTS PUTIN AND ERDOGAN, FOR A DE-ESCALATION ZONE IN SYRIA

President Putin and his Turkish colleague Erdogan declared their intention to set up a great de-escalation zone in the Syrian province Idlib which is dominated by the Jihadists.
