PRESIDENT MACRON WILL NEGOTIATE WITH RUSSIA AND TURKEY

French President Emmanuel Macron will negotiate with Russia and Turkey. He told that he had convince President Donald Trump that it is necessary to stay in Syria and to focus the military strike only onto chemical facilities. France will present an initiative fora UN-resolution.
