NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN WOLKSWAGEN AND RUSSIAN GAZ

Volkswagen is reported to be in negotiations concerning partnership with the Russian car producer GAZ. GAZ produces light commercial vehicles and is part of the Russian owned group Basic Element.
