HOUSTON IS COMPLETELY UNDER WATER AFTER THE HURRICANE / HOUSTON ESTE TOTAL ACOPERIT DE APE DUPĂ URAGAN

Houston, 4- with a metro-region of 6 million inhabitants the fourth-largest city of the USA, is completely under water. Cars are sometimes even up to the roof in the water. It is expected that the actually 24 hours’ rainfall of 60 cm will soon grow to 100 cm.  At least 250 Highways are closed. Texas has called ,spring-flood emergency’. Because of an anticyclone ,Harvey’ doesn’t move, draws water from the ocean and pours it out over Texas.
