GREAT WINTER PROBLEMS IN SCOTLAND, USA AND CANADA

In Scotland on Friday great snowfalls and storms led to chaotic travel conditions, partly power failure. Often fallen trees and snow made traffic impossible. At times the Glasgow airport was closed. Increasing cold temperatures in the USA and Canada led to great problems.
