Germany and France to a constructive cooperation with Russia

Germany and France, foreign minister Heiko Maas and his French colleague Jean-Yves Le Drian, want to come to a constructive cooperation with Russia especially  of the conflicts in Syria and the Ukraine. Both are against an isolation of Russia.
