According to polls the Germans request from their new elected government mostly: just taxes and wages, the improvement of the care system. Less important are to control immigration, criminality and climate protection. In the popularity scale Wolfgang Schäuble and Angela Merkel are the first, followed by Cem Özdemir (Greens), Christian Lindner (Liberals) and Sigmar Gabriel (Social democrats), still far behind is still Martin Schulz, der Social-democrat president. Unpopular is the Bavarian politician Horst Seehofer.
