FRENCH PRESIDENT MACRON’S PROPOSALS FOR A REFORMED EUROPE UNION

The French president Emmanuel Macron has presented his proposals for a reformed European Union: To set up European defense budget and a joint intervention troop, to introduce a financial transaction tax in all the European Union, a finance minister for the Euro-zone and the 19 members with an own budget.
