EXCHANGE OF LEADERS WITHIN THE COMMITTEES OF THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY

The Chines president and leader of the communist party, Mr. Xi, has exchanged the leaders within the highest committee of the party. Until 2020 a digital control system will be set up in relation with a credit rating system of plus- and minus-points for all Chinese.
