AN EUROPEAN PROSECUTOR OFFICE IN LUXEMBOURG

The European Parliament voted for the setting-up of a European prosecutor’s office in Luxembourg for the persecution of abuse with EU funds and cross-border VAT-fraud. From 2020 onward the prosecutor’s office shall be in charge for 20 European states.
