EU WILL EXTEND THE TIME OF BORDER CONTROL IN SCHENGEN ZONE

The European Union will extend the time of border controls in the Schengen-zone from 6 months to a year, even if necessary up to 2 further years. There is the intention to invite Romania and Bulgaria into the Schengen-zone as well.
