ELECTION FOR THE NEW CATALAN PRESIDENT

This Tuesday the new Catalan Parliament will meet in order to elect the new Catalan president. However the only candidate, Carles Puigdemont, is abroad in Belgium and would be arrested if he would return home. The Spanish supreme court however has requested that the presidential candidate must attend the parliamentary session.
