DISCRIMINATION IN A DIVORCE AT A SYRIAN SHARIA-COURT

A divorce at a Syrian Sharia-court cannot be applied in Europe according to the attorney general of the European Court . The reason: as in Sharia court men and women don’t have the equal rights this is discrimination.
