Criminal proceedings against Hungary in European Parliament

The European Parliament has voted with 2/3 majority for criminal
proceedings against Hungary because of endangering of basic EU values.
The criminal proceeding could even lead to the withdrawal from voting
rights. Now the European Council has to decide.
