Concerning the poisoning of Sergej Skripal the Russian government has sent 27 questions to the British government.  Some of them: How do you account that prime minister Theresa May could accuse Russia for it enforcing sanctions against Russia, if Scotland Yard declared that the investigations could take months? Here Neurotoxin was identified immediately and Russia as the origin. On the other hand, Neurotoxin has an immediate effect, why not in this case?
