THE CATALAN PRESIDENT SET STRONG SIGNS FOR DIALOGUE WITH SPANISH GOVERNMENT

The Catalan president Carles Puigdemont in his speech at the Catalan Parliament has set strong signs for a dialogue with the central Spanish government in order to solve the actual crisis. Based on the 90 % vote at the Catalan referendum for independence he has to accept this result. However it won’t come in force for the moment, because he is striving for de-escalation and an amiable, peaceful dialogue without threat, extortion or insult. This Wednesday the Spanish central government will discuss about the conflict.
