CARLES PUIGDEMONT HAS MOVED TO BERLIN AND HOLD A PRESS CONFERENCE

After his release fro the prison Carles Puigdemont has moved to Berlin where he hod a press conference. The Spanish Supreme Court will eventually call the European Court.
