BARCELONA’S MAYOR ADA COLAU IS OPPOSING A CATALAN INDEPENDENCE DECLARATION

Barcelona’s mayor Ada Colau is opposing a Catalan independence declaration. She requests instead gestures from both sides relaxation, from prime minister Mario Rajoy as well as from the Catalan leader Carols Puigdemont. This Tuesday the Catalan Parliament will meet. There are concerns that Mr. Puigdemont – based on the result of the referendum – might declare the Catalan independence.
