Appeal for PSD from Victor Negrescu

Victor Negrescu, Romanian deputy minister for European questions,
appealed to the members of his social-democratic party PSD to be in
agreement to the daily serious problems and their solutions instead to
fight against each other. On Friday Liviu Dragnea got a majority vote of
confidence in the Parliament and will remain the president of PSD.
