A ceasefire with the Taliban

President Ashraf Ghani, Afghanistan, has called an unilateral cease-fire with the Taliban for the period up to 21st November. It does not apply to other groups like ISIS. However it is depending on the condition that the Taliban will agree. The USA, according to foreign minister Mike Pompeo the USA will support if it would come to the cease-fire.
